BRILLIANT WHITE TAIL ALL SOLD Very Rare We produce a few each year! This is a combination of Brilliant and White-tail. This color as you might expect is NEARLY WHITE. I produce a few of them and usually offer them only as single birds. They are best paired to another brilliant or a split brilliant. Don't be fooled many people mistakenly sell very light Silver Whitetails as Brilliant Whitetails.

EXOTIC DOVES

For the last 25 years I have bred many species exotic doves. More recently, I have narrowed my collection to fewer species that I really like. The Bleeding Heart doves are my favorites and they are very attractive. They are not difficult to keep but they do require specialized care that doves like ringnecks and diamonds do not require. I still have the first Bleeding heart I purchased in 1973, he is 25 years old and he looks great! Many of these rare doves are slow to mature and to breed; however, they can be quite productive, some pairs raising several clutches per year for many, many years, well in to their teens! We have a lot of success, which I assure you has come gradually over 25 years of breeding doves. Other doves that I enjoy are the Golden Hearts, Yellow Breasted and Greenwings. They are all very colorful and beautiful doves. I do not consider many of these birds to be suitable for beginners. Of the doves that I offer which I would consider suitable for a beginner are, Laceneck Dove, Barshoulder Dove, and the Greenwing Dove. The other species I consider more difficult to accommodate and I would be happy to talk with you about them if you are interested. Call me for more information about any of these birds. I also know lots of dove breeders and if there is a dove you are looking for I can probably put you in touch with someone else in the US who breeds them.

A medium size dove, the size of a Ringneck dove, bright metallic green, with a red beak and red legs. Very colorful and easily sexed. A great first exotic dove for beginners. Not at all cold hardy. My normal greenwings are generally split to the Blue mutation below!
