the box MUST show damage. I REPEAT THE BOX MUST SHOW DAMAGE.
IF EGGS ARRIVE BROKEN BUT
BOX IS NOT DAMAGED THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO TO FILE AN INSURANCE
I CANNOT BE HELD SOLEY
RESPOSIBLE FOR ALL OF THE DAMAGE.

you to have some success with your purchase. If replacments are
needed I will request some postage cost from you to do so!
**I do pack them very well
and most orders arrive with no problems. But as you well know
we are at the mercy of the US Postal system. And some will arrive
with broken eggs.

many will hatch, The hatch rate in summer months it can be 70-80%,

17 days, anything from 19-20 or more days is an instant indication
that there was an incubator problem. I have had people report
poor hatches only to find out that the few eggs that hatched
